For the love of lifting

I started lifting late in university and there’s so much I love about it. It focuses me, lights up my feelings of wellness, and connects me with a community of incredible people.

A few key things I love about lifting:

  • The challenge, both mental and physical
  • Seeing yourself progress and break through barriers
  • That feeling after you killed a solid workout
  • Being strong as hell and confident in your fitness ability
