We get together as a Customer Success team at the end of every month to talk about what went well, what didn’t go well, and the questions or curiosities we have at the moment. And to get everyone relaxed and chatting, we open with an icebreaker question.
Today’s was, “What’s your favourite dish at Thanksgiving (or Fall-time meal)?” ?
I love the opportunity that retros create to talk about the work and the balanced perspective of 1. Identifying ways to improve, with 2. Celebrating recent wins, big and small.
