We are all making this up as we go.
Granted, we have years of experience that help us know what to do in situations that look like ones we’ve seen before, but – 2022 taught me this many times – life doesn’t run like a factory churning out the same widget every time.
The key is to have great people around you, humbly learn from those who’ve traveled similar paths before, and have the grit to adapt and persevere.
