➡️ Have I been clear in my expectations of everyone’s role and responsibilities?
➡️ Have I given people the information they need to move ahead?
➡️ Have I created the opportunity for people to ask questions to ensure we share the same understanding about the problem and intended outcome?
These questions are especially pertinent for me today and a good reminder that over-communicating when in doubt is better than staying silent and hoping it all works out.
