Celebrate small things, not just the big wins or milestones. Recognize how far you’ve come on the journey and how much you’ve grown since you began. Get excited about the new opportunity that just emerged and use that energy to drive the outcome you want.
A recent example is we got customers to talk about new approaches to pricing that weren’t even on the table last year. Is it all done? No. But I’m going to celebrate that we got here in the conversation.
